I am looking for the marriage of Mary Ann Smithett and Thomas Webber. Mary Ann was born in St Mary's Dover to Parker Smithett in 1804.Mary and Thomas had the following children born in Dover.
Elizabeth Jane born in 1835. Thomas Parker born in 1837. Rosa Ann (my gt, gt,grandmother) born in 1842. Louisa born in 1849.
I would also appreciate it if Thomas's death could be found. Mary Ann died in Australia in 1887.
Thanks for the opportunity, Don Poore.

Hi Suz, Many thanks indeed for your help. The family as you say must have moved to London. I do have George on my list but wasn't sure until your response. It is definitely my "lot". I didn't know of Jane and James but the rest fit in with my records. It certainly seems the marriage would have taken place C.1831. I think Thomas (Mary Ann's husband) was a policeman as mentioned in George's death certificate. I would appreciate a copy of the Census. Once again thanks for your help, Don.

Thanks Suz, As far as I can ascertain Mary Ann came to Australia in 1876 with Rosa, and two little girls(one was the daughter of Thomas's called Alice. Thomas had married Louisa Franklin and Ada who I think was the daughter of Rosa(not sure whether Rosa was married! Thomas had come to Australia before the others and married again. George also came. I guess the informant wasn't correct putting policeman as Thomas's occupation on George's death certificate. Thanks for the correction. Much appreciation for the Census info. Kind regards, Don. .
