John Luney McCLURE passed away on Saturday, June 15, 1991, aged 55 - not an historical record - you can only apply online or by mail and cert is mailed, or in person and it is issued immediately. Public access after 10 years for death certs in Vic but read Access Policy.
From Vic bdm
Turnaround times The Registry aims to achieve the following service standards:
* Processing applications for a standard birth, marriage, relationship, revocation or death certificate lodged online or by mail within five working days. * Processing applications for a standard birth, marriage, relationship, revocation or death certificate lodged in person over the counter immediately. * Processing applications for a change of name within 20 working days. * Processing applications for a commemorative certificate within 10 working days. * Processing applications for a single status certificate within 10 working days. * Responding to online enquiries within five working days.
Born Scotland...I need a break I think

Yes I have. but did not find anything with the name and initials of his wife or son at the address given on the death cert. they could have moved or have an unlisted number.

Hello to all of you who helped me find the information on Jackie and his Mother and Family. I wrote to five people in the area they lived (IE) Sunshine, to day I received a letter from Jackie's wife with some infomation on their life. Their son was married last November. I will be writing to them to keep in touch. A big thank you to all. So I think this subject can now be closed Bert (chevron)
