Who were his parents?

Another puzzle, my gt.gt.grandfather was Henry Thompson b 1843 Bath and died 1904 in Shaftesbury.  He married a lady called Elizabeth Morgan and went on to have 11 children.  I am having trouble finding out who his parents were and when and where he married Elizabeth.

Can someone poke me in the right directions with a few ideas please.

Could it be this marriage from June quarter 1865?
Henry Thompson, Mere RD, 5a, 380
Elizabeth Morgan, Mere RD, 5a, 380
send off for the certificate and it should give their father's names.

I have had other information which may relate to Henry - could his parents have been Joseph and Harriet, they are listed on the 1851 Census with a Henry, right age but and here is the but where and how far from Bath is Upton Noble,  Could Henry's birth be registere as Bath as this is the admin centre?

No this Henry who was born in Upton noble, married someone called Ann so its not him, the search continues
