I mis-looked at the wolverhampton site, I just re looked and... there is only 1, Aaron baptism,
Aaron son of stephen and Mary 27 Aug 1797
and as we know he married in 1820, that would make him 23 at marriage age!, sounds right so far? lol
so I looked up Stephen and Mary... there is only one Stephen, but he is s Steven
Steven Holmes and Mary Lees 27 Dec 1790, fits again huh?

Ive found.. im fairly certain, Alfred Hills family and birth! via the 1841 census...
he is listed there as born abt 1826 (well our other censuses have him abt (1829-30) and the place that he is, in that census is South Offlow Walsall...
The reason i think its him?
Aaron Holmes.. his father in law, I have found in the 1841 as Aaron Thomas (via a search on ancestry for Alfred Holmes)... Aaron is there with the right family, including sarah... Alfreds wife... and the place? South Offlow Walsall!!
Alfreds 1841 has his parents as a Thomas Hill and Henrietta hill...
but also in that list is a Henrietta Heeley... the mother?
The 1841 Alfred has then led me to search the IGI and I have found a marriage of Thomas Hill to Henrietta Heeley, 08 sept 1813, Saint Matthew Walsall! but I havent traced her birth yet, there are about 7 henrietta hills in the igi for walsall! and cant find the father yet, Thomas Hill... and I havent traced alfreds actual birth... watcha think?
the 1841 is HO107/983/ 1
