The IGI has 2 entries for the marriage between William Baron (Baran) & Esther Muffett (Murfitt):

1. taken from BTs  Elland  27.9.1727
2. taken from PRs  Mirfield 28.9.1727

Does anyone have access to Mirfield baptisms? I'm trying to find Esther Murfitt/Muffett's baptism (not found in Elland) c. 1695-1715.

Any help would be great.

Hi Jill,

I have the Mirfield Parish Registers up to 1700 and there is no Esther Murfitt/Muffett.

Hi Jill,

I've had a look, but the only name is Muffet and the first names are Anne, Mary and Nathanyel.  Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but if you require any names before 1700 please let me know.
She must have been baptised after 1700

Sorry, I hadn't grasped that your PRs are before 1700 - doh!   Embarrassed  I think it likely she was baptised in the early 1700s.
