Help have hit a brickwall again, I have a Samuel Hayes (1802) Trull, Somerset marrying someone called Martha but what was her surname?  They went on to have at least 5 children one of whom was Mary Ann Hayes who married John Mitchell - they were my gt, gt, gt grandparents.

Any help with the surname would be great as would an information relating to Mary Ann or John.  Mary Ann was born in Bradford, Somerset in about 1828.

I've found a marriage 6th September 1824 in Bradford on Tone:

Samuel Hayes to Martha Stone

Samuel is down as a sojourner

There is an IGI patron submitted record for Martha Stone 1802, Bradford. Parents are listed as James Stone and Mrs Jane Stone.  I can't find it on any of the Somerset sources so far.

I've found the marriage of a James Stone, resident of Bradford to a Jane Chorley of Oake. At Oake, by banns on 1 Oct 1795
