Hit a bit of a brick wall

I'm trying to find the date of death for this John McLeod who is aged 90 on the 1871 census. I can't seem to find it, maybe someone else will have more luck.

Have you looked at the John Macleod who died in 1871? Age is a wee bit out at 87 but it's at Duirinish where your John was living in 1871.
