Joseph & Maria STAMMERS

I'm looking for any record of a Joseph Stammer and wife Maria.  They appeared in NSW, Australia and own a Mill called "Suffolk Mill", however, I'm sure they left Essex/Suffolk border and are part of the large Stammers milling family.

There were Joseph Stammers milling in Foxearth (c1795), Sudbury (c1800), Melton (c1800).  One of them could be my man, are his father?  I'm not sure how to check marriage records for these fellows?

Any ideas?

Do you know Maria's surname and when they married?  there are several marriages for Joseph Stammers on
