Unknown place- local knowledge needed

Can anyone suggest where this place refers to? It is given on several census items as the birthplace of my ancestors. They are otherwise associated with Titchmarsh or Clopton/Clapton.

Perhaps it was the name of a house, rather than a place name.
Quite clearly looks like Chappon Lodge, Northamptonshire.  Undecided

Out of interest, I had a look at the area on an OS map - and was AMAZED to find that there are no less than 21 dwellings/farms with "lodge" in their names within a 5/6 mile radius of Titchmarsh!  (But, unfortunately, nothing that could perhaps have been mistaken for "Chappon".)
