Census Look Up - Wales

Would be very grateful of any assistance with one John Wigley who was supposed to have lived in Aberayron between 1780 and 1790 and then again in the 1800s, probably around 1820s - 1840s.    Could someone assist me with a census look-up for 1841 and 1851 perhaps?  Apologies for being so vague - herein lies the problem.

Earliest 1841 John Wigley I see is born abt 1806

There is a John Wigley aged 25 at St Mary, Cardiganshire in 1841

1851 has none showing in Cardiganshire

Also 1851 shows 3 John Wigley born before 1805

John G Wigley aged 66 St Peter, Carmarthenshire, Wales at St Peter, Carmarthenshire, Wales

John Wigley aged 56 Penegos, Montgomeryshire, Wales at Llanidloes, Montgomeryshire

John Wigley aged 55 Trullick Grange, Monmouthshire, Wales at Bassaleg, Monmouthshire
