About to go to bed, so will just give references, maybe someone else can transcribe them for you
1900 Census Page 1B ED 38 Dry Fork, Carroll, Arkansas
1910 Census Page 13B ED 57 Dry Fork, Carroll, Arkansas
Did have a look at 1870, decided to check 1900 up to see if it would help
Good Luck mick

You can seen the 1870 & 1900 Census here: http://labs.familysearch.org/ The 1900 said he & Clara had been married for 29 years, so he may have been single as of 1870. If he was age 25 when he immigrated, then I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't with his parents in 1870.

Hi Mick ad Shelley, thanks a lot for all your help, managed to look at the 1870 and 1900, but was unable to find the 1910, could not glean anymore information from the 1870 as he seemed to be living on his own, to be truthful I have not quite got the hang of how to see the whole census form for a household.
But thank you both so much for all your help, you have been very kind
Best Wishes Bethan
