A lookup please.
« on: Monday 22 June 09 08:03 BST (UK) »

Hi,
I don't know if this is the right part of Scotland, but could someone look up the 1871 census for an Alexander and Elizabeth Trotter and family.
I think they went back to Scotland with the rest of the family after 2 of their children left for Australia.  (David Esau was 29 and Faithfull Montgomery was 22 when they arrived in Victoria)
Kind regards
Bev

Hi Bev

There is an Alexander with wife Elizabeth in Hebburn Co. Durham. he's b. Ireland, aged 28

Hello Gadget,
Much as I would like them to be the ones I want - they are too young even though he was born in Ireland and possibly could be some relation.
Kind regards
Bev
