How do I notify someone to read the topic I have just written on. I have sent a PM ok.

Sometimes I receive an email to tell me to look at a topic I am interested in. I can't seem to do the same. When I press the notify button I get:- "Are you sure you wish to disable notification of new replies for this topic"

What am I doing wrong?

The 'notify' button is for you to be notified or to disable notification for a thread not for you to let someone else know about a thread.

Email addresses are not displayed. If you want to contact someone offline send them a PM (personal message) asking them to contact you, etc.
