John Jemmett, Shiplake - Baptism lookup please

Hi
I don't know if anyone can help me trace the parentage of John Jemmett who married Mary Shaw on 1 April 1804 in Shiplake, Rotherfield Peppard.  They moved over to Hurst in Berkshire which is where their children were born.

This is one of my permanent brick walls which I return to occasionally.

Any help greatly appreciated

The wedding took place at Rotherfield Peppard - Shiplake is another parish.

John is shown as "of Hurst, Berks", Mary "of Shiplake".

There are quite a few Jemmetts in Rotherfield Peppard marriages, so I wonder whether John has returned to his home parish - I'll check.

I've had a look at the Rotherfield Peppard PR transcript - courtesy of OFHS.   I can't see a baptism for John I'm afraid.

Looks as though I may have to post a request for Hurst in Berkshire.  Their parish transcripts are online which is where I found details of his family however there is nothing else relating to him.  I just wonder if there is some info. missing as this site says its information was taken from an old card index.  Anyway, I'll try Berks. Undecided
