Hi,
I am searching for the family of Louisa Terrett.
Born 27 July 1812, christened 23 August 1812 at St George, Southwark. (LDS)
Louisa went on to marry Jonas Thomas in 1833 - Jonas was a Piano forte maker and they had 9 children.
Her parents were Joseph and Elizabeth Terrett.
I am looking for any information about her parents. So far I cannot locate any information on Joseph and Elizabeth - such as a marriage record.
If anyone is researching the same people or might be able to help I would really appreciate it.
Rebecca

thankyou Patrish
The age and place make sense - perhaps the last name was spelt slightly differently.
I don't know the names of their other children just Louisa.

Hi again Rebecca,
Found these two births on the IGI which appear to be siblings of Louisa, both born St. George the Martyr, Southwark to Joseph and Elizabeth TERRETT
Extracted records.
Eliza Terrett ...birth... 11.7.1809 ch. 22.10.1809
Charles James Terrett... birth.. 11.7.1815 ch. 4.6.1815
At least that helps to get a clearer idea of a date if a marriage took place.

It could be that they never legally married Rebecca, but if they did, the London Parish Records will be available on Ancestry later this year.
Not all are on in IGI, so you could look at St. George the Martyr, Southwark, or ask on here if anyone is going to the LMA and could look for you just before the lst birth that I found in 1809.
