    Looking for a marian Cawthra who married a Johnson from Wakefield ,that died in his early 30s Had a son lawrance and a daughter Mary Agnus . This Mary agnus married a laban Farrar of Kippax and immigrated to NEw zealand with their 4 children.

I am having trouble finding any starting point here.

I cant see them on 1861 - have you got them? If so what is ref.
Or were they not married by then?

Possible births for Lawrence 1865 or 1866

Nor can I see a marriage for them.

What is source of MArion's maiden name?

So first things first, have you found her marriage to Johnson?

Getting the cert will give her dads name and occupation hopefully.

Where else have you found her other than this 1871 census? Where did her maiden name come from?

I cant see a marriage for Marian Cawthra

hi
the infor I have is that mary agne s Johnson  had been baptised on 1 april 1866 in garforth, the second child of James johnson of Garforth and Mary cawthra of wakefield.
Im not sure when James Johnson died but in 1871 cencus mary also known as Marian,marion, was listed as a widower
Marian her son Lawrance and Mary agnes lived together in garforth till Mary agnes married Laban Farrar in Kippax. I have this infor from  Leeds
