hi im looking for info on a HENRY HAROLD HAWKINS born abt 1907 told he was from bradford,married florence jenkins,and had 8 children,i dont know his parents or florence`s.........
also looking for info on a HAROLD RICHARDSON born 1892 beverly and his mother was elizabeth richardson born 1875 beverly but i dont know who his father was i was told his mother and father were related.....thats all i know and that harold lived with his grandfather william.....but thats all i know...please please can someone help...i have harolds birth cert and the father bit is left blank....

Hello

In the third quarter of 1932, there is a marriage registered in Bradford between a Florence Jenkinson and Henry Hawkins. The GRO reference is 9b 517.

In the subsequent birth indexes there are eight children called Hawkins with a mother’s maiden name of Jenkinson. The first two in Bradford and the others in Hull.

The marriage certificate should provide the names of their fathers etc if you think that this could be the correct couple.

it does sound like them...cause my grandad was born here int he 1930`s but his bros and sisters were born bradford.....maybe thats why i cant find anything on them because her name was jenkinson not jenkins...

I am 99% certain that Florence was called Jenkinson.

In order that you can check, I am sending you a PM with the names of the eight children with that mother's maiden name.

I would bet that they will match yours.
