when I post on any of the boards, only 3 of my surname interests appear on the end of the post, even though I have 6 surnames entered.  I notice some other people posting seem to have up to 10 or 12 listed.  Why would this be?

You are allowed up to 500 characters in the Signature/Research names  part of your profile.

Each keystroke is regarded as a character - including carriage returns, etc.

The no. of characters left to you will show underneath as you add to the section.

ok ... thanks for that info ... I was entering my interests on the Surnames board and couldn't work out why it wasn' t coming up on the bottom of my posts ... now I know.  Once again, thanks.
