Well, I think this might be the father of Henry Galbraith (born 1797). No birth on Scotland's people, but I found a baptism for Henry on the IGI. But then nothing for Joseph except a marriage to Ann Gibson in 1788. What now? I'm sure the Galbraiths don't originate from Glasgow, maybe Joseph was the one who started the family line there. Is there anyone in the area researching this family? I feel I've reached a difficult time, records wise.
