It would not be recorded in England - they didn't keep records for ships coming too/from Europe.
So I see Hubert married in Leeds in 1859 - who was his father? Who were the witnesses to the marriage, and what was the address? There was a "Sibastian" who married in 1854 - brother? He appears to have naturalised in 1876 ("Burluraux, Sebastian"), this could be a very good clue to the family's origins.
They were in the 1871 census, they are in Leeds at RG10/4554 folio 4 page 1 Name looks like Buluraure Hubert, 45, shop keeper hawker, b. France Sushana, 33, b. Leeds Lucy A, 11, b. Leeds Sebastian, 9, b. Leeds

There should be somewhere in Ancestry to input piece/folio numbers for the census. Alternatively, try searching just by first name; a name like Burluraux would be easily misspelt by the enumerator or subsequently mistranscribed.
You can search for (and order) naturalisations from the NA: http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/catalogue/ (just search on surname).
The Burluraux families in the area b. France seem to be Sebastian, b. abt 1830, m. 1854 in Leeds, lived in Huddersfield in 1861-1881 (on 1881 he is S. Burluraux). D. 1884 in Doncaster. In 1861 he was listed as "Basket Merchant" Also Joseph N. (b. about 1825, basket manufacturer) and his cousin August (b. abt 1837, basket maker), both living in Leeds in 1871. Joseph is still in Leeds in 1881. then there's Hubert.
It seems likely that these folks were all related.
ETA: But that Hubert on geneanet has father Pierre, and from the wedding certificate it is Francis?
