Translation please?
« on: Tuesday 23 June 09 19:48 UTC (UK) »

This is from a gravestone following the deaths of four children, I pretty much understand the first line as , "teach us then to count our days", or "and so we learn to count our days", the second line , I dont understand the "dygom" or "ddaethineb"

It goes;

Dysgi ni felly gyfriein dyddiau
fel y dygom ein calon i ddaethineb

Hi heitch,
                  What a sad inscription. You're right with 'teach us then'; it's 'ddoethineb', and the second line means:
         'so that we may lead our heart to wisdom'.
