Penrith Marriage Lookup

Hi,

I believe my 3rd great grandparents, Hugh Shields and Ann O'Neil married in Penrith about 1823/24.  Their first two children were also born there.
Elizabeth @ 1824 and Joseph Hugh @ 1826.  If anyone has access to parish marriage records, it would hopefully give me some clues about both of their fathers.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
