In the 1841 census Henry is on the same page as Stephen another son of Samuel & Sarah so that is a good sign.

Just following up on the possibility that Henry's parents were Henry & Mary.

Henry Eastwood m Mary Parker 29 Jul 1798 in Ticehurst (near Burwash & Etchingham). Henry looks to be the son of Henry Eastwood & Susannah Wood; Henry being the brother of Samuel.

There are other baptisms to Henry & Mary:
George 26 Jul 1801 Ashburnham
William 22 Jan 1804 Ninfield
Mary 18 Oct 1805 Ninfield
Edmund 14 Aug 1808 Ninfield (Father Henry is with him in 1841 census in Ticehurst)

George Eastwood m Harriet Down in Ticehurst 1st Aug 1824. In the 1841 census he is in Ticehurst with his family. In the 1851 census he states he comes from Ashburnham (unlike Henry).

I suppose there is a bigger chance of it being Henry & Mary rather than Samuel & Sarah just because there is a baptismal record.

Tend to agree that Henry is the son of Henry not Samuel, were never sure as we had not found a record of his birth or baptism notice Swebby has arrived I have been in touch with you some time back, you sent me some photo's of your Webbs ( remember Ken Webb) one of my Webb's from Beenham married a Warman who has a connection with a Willard from the Sussex area.
Will have to work out how to repair the site I have most info on by changing brothers. The Weald site info has most likely come from me also as I had settled on Samuel after realizing that the only Henry anyone had found belonged to George Eastwood & Elizabeth.
Keep up the good work all, the last week has been very rewarding for me.

Swebby & kerryb,
Just solved some more for me, I had only the child Henry Jan 1773 and was thinking maybe someone mistook 8 for 3, that sorts that out, I also only had the second marriage to Elizabeth.
I had been told Henry marriet Francis sister Harriet, but he never ever had another wife according to census records up to when he died only a housekeeper Mary Guest & her kids 1851 he died 1855.
Marriages I found looking for that event :- Francis Campany marr Harriet Leaney Oct 21 1846 both of full age batchelor & spinister, Francis of Cold Arbine  ? she Hurst Green fathers John Campany farmer & John Leaney lab. at parish of Salehurst, by vicar of Bodiam. Thomas Eastwood & Harriet Price 1/7/1854 Bachelor & Widow both Burwash parents William Eastwood & Thomas Leaney, her second marriage parish of Burwash. Henry Eastwood & Harriet Croft he 28 she 19 Bach & Spinister both of Burwash fathers William Eastwood & john croft bricklayer in the parish of Burwash.

By the way let me know if you want to go further back, I have another few generations with information that has been verified with the Mayfield parish registers before the family disappear into the ether!

I have Henry's parents as William Eastwood baptised 20 March at Mayfield

William's parents were John Eastwood buried 21 September 1743 at Mayfield

they married 26 October 1704 at Mayfield
