Ocean View Hotel in Fortrose, South Island?

This hotel was built in the 1800s and was a two storey brick building which overlooked the wharf.  Does anyone know if it still stands or if an old photograph exists?

Another approach is to look at Google maps

This link should take you to Google map for Fortrose

The switch to "satellite view" and you will see all the houses there today, it is a very small place

According to this text on NZETC, the only hotel left in Fortrose by 1905 was the Commercial Hotel, the other two having burnt down:

Thanks to all who have replied.  Yes I have checked Past Papers which is where I got the Ocean View Hotel from, as my grandfather Bernard Reynolds built it.  On the NZETC website there is a photo of Fortrose with a large concrete building near the water and I was wondering if this may be it.  It wasn't wooden.  It was sold by the bank around 1887ish.

Hubby is going in Southland in august and will ask him to have a look and to ask locally

You will notice the Hotel is called Sea View ... but it's undoubtely the same
