Hi all,
Update on George Berry born about 1827, At farington Lancashire, I now believe his parents are not William and Elizabeth as I put on a earlier post, in 2006, but also are not a reply back from Tracia putting George Berry the son of James & Mary from Standish Street Chorley because cuerdon comes under chorley. Now my George Berry does come from Farington Lancashire, so I would believe his parents come from the same Place?
So I would be most grateful if any-one could check the 1841 census for me, and I am looking forward to your replies and any helpthat I receive.

There's this 1841 census entry for Farrington
John age 50 Ag lab
Janet wife age 50
Jane age 15
Catherine age 15
George age 15
Mary age 13
James age 11
Margaret age 9....All born county....HO107/527/book1.

Hi Hepburn,
Many thanks for your reply, I believe this to be more likely to be George Berry's parents, can you find them on the 1851 cens, now George Berry should not be with his parents because he married Elizabeth Clayton at St Mary's Penwortham in 1850.
In 1851 they had a son William Berry 2 months at Farrington Lancashire.

I can't find his parents!!!
