Hi, all,
I'm trying to locate a book, "Ludham, A Norfolk Village 1800 - 1900", by Joan Snelling. I haven't been able to find one by "Googling".
Does anyone know of any shop where I could find it?
Thanks for looking.
Roger The Hat.

Thanks, Mum, for the rapid response,
I've had a look and they don't list the book I'm after.
If I can't find it then I might try e-mailing all the Norfolk publishers. If they all think someone is interested then they might order a reprint!

Thanks for both those suggestions.
If no-one else has seen the book anywhere then I'll try the letter to the person mentioned on Rootsweb the other forum, and if I don't strike lucky there then I'll try the "Booklovers" trace.
Thanks.

Hi Ricky,
On the number you found for me I spoke to the daughter of Joan Snelling, the authoress.
Long story short, there was a print run of 1000, and they haven't any left, so my only option is to order one from the library for now, and then wait for a s/h one to come up for sale.
Mrs. Hat told me to thank you and Mum44 for your efforts.
Roger The Hat.

I could always commission another print run!
Shouldn't be more than about £8,000.!
