Silly me thought it was a Farm...
But A Quarryman at Sunnyside Farm?

If you go to http://gis.durham.gov.uk/website/interMAP/viewer.htm and enter the coordinates 405405, 535880 in to "search" it will centre the map on Sunnyside Farm, and there are plent of disused quarries nearby.

The coordinates given on that site are NZ0535, or 405000,535000, which will be the same  farm I gave at 405405, 535880  Smiley
