OK. All is now rectified. apparently they have a staff problem.

I recently ordered 3 x CDs of some Berks PRs from the Berks FHS  and  then received confirmation of my order but,  somehow the order got corrupted in that 2 of the CDs were for the same parish.  I immediately emailed them trying to rectify my order,  followed it it up with another email
to see if they had received the first one. I got no acknowledgement.
After about 6 days I emailed them again,  this time to cancel my order - still no responce
yet the money has been debited from my credit card.
Yesterday I wrote to the Secretary of the Berks FHS and as you can guess,  still no reply.

Has anybody else had problems similar to mine regarding the Berks FHS ? or am I expecting too much and being unreasonable ?

I have always found the service first class. Post them back recorded delivery and ask for replacements or telephone them and discuss the problem.

Berks FHS don't have staff, they have volunteers. And there is always a shortage of those.
