The only other thing i can think of is to search Amazon, they have every book going. I wouldn't mind a copy if you do find it as my mum comes from Wexford. Good luck

A quick search on Google Books shows this book was published in 1904 and copies are available at
Mary Immaculate College, Limerick Trinity College Dublin University of Limerick

You might want to check this out also:
There is another book, Sinnett Genealogy By Charles Nelson Sinnett which includes some information on Col. David Sinnett who defended Wexford Town.
It’s not available in any Irish library as far as I can see but is widely available in libraries in the USA,
