Was this a tiny village or the name of a property?
I came across this on a census during my searches for a Watkins family.  I've mislaid the census but it was either in Radnorshire or Brecknockshire.

This is the likeliest place so far for my ancestor Sarah Watkins, but does the name have a meaning in some way?

Bryngwyn is  a small parish close to Colva but I have never heard of Brynjack - although I am not an expert on the area at all!
Have you had a look at an OS map to see if it is shown within the parish?
