Can someone look up Frederick Williams (b1892) resident in Marylebone in 1901 census please, I am looking for his place of birth.

No Frederick Williams living in Marylebone in 1901

There is a Frederick Williams who was born 1892 in Marylebone but he is living in Kensington - parents Edward and Margaret.  Is this who you mean

Thanks for your quick response, but unfortunately it isn't the right one, his father has the same name as his Frederick and he is a French Polisher.
Would you be kind enough to look at Fulham area please,
if its not too much to ask?

There are 4 Frederick William's b 1891-1893 with a father Frederick.  The one living in Fulham - father is not a french polisher and nor are the other 3

The 1901 index on the PRO website shows occupations - you may be better searching for Frederick the father on that website as it should show french polisher against his name

As there are a large number of that name - the PRO restricts to 300 searches so you need to use the advanced search facility to eliminate all the children with that name

The PRO index only shows 2 Frederick Williams with that occupation - one was 25 and still single in 1901

The other was b Marylebone and was living in Willesden in 1901.  No son Frederick but has a son George F aged 12
