St Philips Birmingham Marriages

Does anyone have access to the marriage registers for 1830?
  The on-line IGI tells me my wife's ancestor George Neachell married Ann Chillingiton there on 27th June 1830.
   I wondered if the register has any other details, eg ages, fathers, witnesses, addresses.  Bride and groom were both born in Bilston Staffs, so don't know why they married in Birmingham!
