Curtis 1901 Census - Middlesex
« on: Friday 26 June 09 12:02 UTC (UK) »

I'd be grateful if somebody could look up the 1901 census for Edward Fitzwilliam Curtis who was born in the Brentford district in 1851 the son of William and Mary Curtis. He appears to have got married in the Brentford district in 1896 to either a Minnie Jane or an Alice Ruth.

According to 1891 (still single with Mum Mary) he was bn Twickenham.

Thank you very much Liz.

As I went to work it struck me that I should have mentioned Twickenham (which was included in the Brentford district for the purpose of registering his birth and marriage).  Sorry for making it harder for you but well done for tracking him down!. I must remember to search for Edward Aerks in future!!!

Phil

P.S. That COMPLETES this query thank you!

I didnt put any surname - just Edw* and birth year +/- 2 and Twickenham!

Usually best to put as little as pos - then look down the list of possibles that come up and use your imagination as to what might have started off as Curtis!
