Another Fr Cdn to Eng Translation?

Could anyone please help translate this baptismal record? I have multiple people of the same name so want to be sure I translate the dates correctly.

Names: Mary Dore, Michael Dore, Eliza Keefe, James Barrett?, Johanna Ryan

I'll give it a shot but I'd like to be able to see the whole page so I can compare handwriting on unclear words.

The 4th of April one thousand eight hundred fifty-two we the [something] undersigned baptised Mary born [something] of the legitimate marriage of Michel [Michael] Doré, day labourer, & Eliza Keefe of this place. Godfather James Barratt, godmother Johanna Ryan who, as well as the father, cannot sign (write).

       Is 'Mary nee' followed by 'l'avant-veille'? This would mean that the baptism preceded the marriage, which I suppose is why Elizabeth is Keefe and not Dore.

Isn't "la veille" the day before as we would use the expression "the eve of"?  So "l'avant-veille" would be the day before yesterday. wouldn't it?

[added: seems to fit as takes the place of "the twenty-eighth of last month" in the same format in the following entry]

It was very common for the mother to be listed in the records by her maiden surname. In fact, from my experience, it would be more surprising if she wasn't. As well, the record does say the daughter was from the legitimate marriage of her parents which is also very common wording.

Yes, it is common wording, I have seen it multiple times. I can usually interpret the gist of the French with the help of a web translation program, although I'm not sure of all the specifics. As long as I can interpret the names and dates, I am usually happy.

I have been fortunate to have found hundreds of records in the Druoin Collection. At the time they were released I thought that was great for the people it affected, having no idea it would affect me! It has been an enormous help in my research. Even though the writing and quality of originals sometimes leaves much to be desired. I am grateful for the wealth of information it has provided.

Thank you to all of you who have helped me with these translations. I do have hundreds more....
