Researching in Hampshire is new to me. I live in South Australia.
Please, I need help to progress. I have stalled.
Based on another's research (from the Bishop's transcripts for Shipton Bellinger) I have;
Thomas SPENCER m. 6 Nov 1802 Hannah ELFORD & had;
Joseph SPENCER bapt. 19 Apr 1803
John SPENCER bapt. 5 Aug 1804
Mary Anne SPENCER bapt. 19 Jul 1808
Elizabeth SPENCER bapt. 2 Jun 1811
William SPENCER bapt. 13 Oct 1809
Thomas SPENCER bapt. 25 Apr 1812
Thomas SPENCER bapt. 18 Dec 1814
Martha SPENCER bapt. 26 May 1815
Robert SPENCER bapt. 13 Sep 1819
John SPENCER bapt. 29 Dec 1822
Where do I look for baptism details of the parents?

Do the marriage details show the couple to be "otp" (of this parish)?
If no other place is shown then I'd start searching in Shipton Bellringer and if not successful start searching in neighbouring parishes.

Fortunately Elford is not that common a name. I have found only one baptism for a Hannah and a total of three baptisms for parents of the same names as shown in Hannah's baptism, all in St Mary Bourne, which is not too far from Shipton Bellinger:

Elizabeth 17 Oct 1773
Ruth 16 Mar 1777
The parents' names are Deferick and Elizabeth Elford. I have to admit that's a new name I'd not come across before.
I found the following in register transcriptions:

Thomas SPENCER bapt. 25 Apr 1812 ?? found transcribed as James 25 Apr 1813 ? buried 21 May 1837 aged 25 (recorded as Thomas)
Thomas Sarah SPENCER bapt. 18 Dec 1814
Martha SPENCER bapt. 26 May 1815 16 May 1816
Robert SPENCER bapt. 13 Sep 1819 13 Sep 1818
John SPENCER bapt. 29 Dec 1822 buried 23 Mar 1823 (infant)
Hannah ? buried 13 Apr 1828 aged 54
I think a check of the originals would not go amiss if you are able.
Was Thomas still alive in 1841?

I am still floundering. Where are you getting your information and is it accessable by me?
I have now found Saint Mary Bourne on a map.
I have also now found on genuki, indexes to some of the volumes of Phillimores Hampshire marriage registers. In Volume 1, there is an entry;
ELFORD Deferik 13 Nov 1768 St.MARY BOURNE
There is also;
BROOKS Eliz. 13 Nov 1768 ST.MARY BOURNE
I have never used these indexes before & there are no other entries on Volume 1 for 13 Nov 1768 so do I safely assume that I have a match?
I don't know if Thomas was alive in 1841. The notes I was given mention a Thomas SPENCER, buried 1th [yes, 1th] Aug 1825 as per Shipton Bellinger.
My line - Their son Joseph SPENCER married Elizabeth SHEPHERD (as per member submitted entry on the IGI) on 4th Feb 1826 at South Tidworth.
They migrated to South Australia in 1839. I am building a good image of their family, using the IGI & South Australian BM&D records.
Please point me in the right direction, so that I can do the hard work.

Have a look at the Resources section of the Hampshire board since there are links to many online transcriptions for Hampshire, but not all of them. Also look at publications available from Hampshire Genealogical Society, some on CD which are available to purchase.
I can confirm the marriage of Deferick Elford and Elizabeth Brooks from a register transcript. There really cannot be more than one Elford with that first name around at the time.
As far as burials are concerned, Thomas Spencer buried 1 August 1825 in Shipton Bellinger was only 10 at the time. There isn’t another apart from the 25 year old in 1837. I get the impression that the handwriting in this register may be difficult or faint. This is why I would recommend getting a look at the original even if only via a microfilm copy. The LDS church have filmed these records and they can be ordered and viewed for a fee (just gone up as I understand it) at one of the Family History Centres local to you (if there is one that is.)
Deferick Elford was buried in St Mary Bourne 7 Oct 1802, but no age given. His wife seems to have died earlier that year and was buried 22 Jun 1802.
I’ve found the marriage of Joseph & Elizabeth at South Tidworth 4 Feb 1826.
Thomas does appear on 1841 census in Shipton Bellinger aged 76 and recorded as a shepherd. It looks as if his daughter Elizabeth (now married to Charles Dykes) is in the same household, with son Robert also there. How accurate his age is, no idea, since I cannot find a suitable candidate born around that time (1765) in the right area. He does say he was born in Hampshire. There is another Thomas in Shipton Bellinger, born in 1781 or so.
Hannah Spencer buried aged 54 –hmm – she would therefore have married quite late (if she is the one baptised in 1769) and started her family quite late, but the age would fit with Thomas' age recorded in 1841.

You said "Hannah Spencer buried aged 54 –hmm – ". I have looked, and looked, and looked, but can't find a burial, so no date? Can you please help, again.
Thomas SPENCER appeared in the 1851 Census with his daughter as;
Widower, Aged 86, Labourer, Born: Shipton, Hampshire
There are 2 deaths of a Thomas SPENCER registered in the Andover district. Mar 1853 & Dec 1855 quarters. To identify the correct one, is my only solution to buy the death certificates?
In case you are interested, I now have full details on 8 of the 10 children. I have not identified any thing other than baptisms for;
Mary Anne SPENCER bapt 19 Jul 1807 Shipton Bellinger or
Sarah SPENCER bapt 18 Dec 1814 Shipton Bellinger

As I said in my first reply a Hannah Spencer was buried 13 April 1828 aged 54 in Shipton Bellinger. This could well be your Hannah but there is no way of knowing for sure from the transcript.
As far as Thomas's death is concerned, you will have to buy the certificate. It is a bit of a pain that at that date ages were not included on the index and so far there has been no progress in rectifying this in any online index.
I've had a look for burials and marriages for both Mary Anne and Sarah prior to 1837, but nothing stood out as possibilities. They may have married in other parishes.
