RA order of Buffaloes, Isaac Napper

I am trying to trace Isaac Napper b abt 1872. I know he was a member of the RA order of Buffaloes, Primrose Lodge no 528 in the town of Curnsyfiog, New Tredegar around 1909. I believe that lodge no longer exists and wondered if anyone has a suggestion as to who to contact to try and get information on Isaac.

Cwmsyfiog comes under Bedwellty in Monmouthshire. He's on the 1911 census there with 1874 as his year of birth - only Napper family. Haven't spotted him on any other census as yet.

His marriage is registered in 1902
Isaac Napper sept qtr 1902 Hereford vol 6a pg 1125 with Mary Prosser on the same page
