Photo not uploading

Hi,
I have tried three times to send a photo for restoration and colouring.
I just keep getting an error report.
This photo is small, approx 2" square.
I am not sure what to do next.
Advice please.

Hi Vicky  Cheesy

Try re-naming your photo to something you think will be unique.

If someone else has used the name you are trying to use it won't upload.
