1851 census look please

I am looking for Henry and Jane Waters. The only info I have on Henry and Jane is what I have found in the 1841 census it say that Henry was born abt 1796 in surrey and Jane was born abt 1801 in surrey.

can anyone please help

Hi lyn10,

Are they the couple living in Lambeth in 1841 with children Samuel and Mary Ann
ref HO107  Piece 1058 Book 4 Folio 36  Page 27  - Henry's and Samuel's occupations Cooper?   

The occupation might help us to find them in later census.  Smiley
Having a look for them in 1851 now

Can't seem to find them in 1851 census

IGI has baptism for Mary Ann WATERS
2 Oct 1829       Saint Mary, Lambeth, London   
Parents   Henry WATERS and Jane
and a possible for Samuel WATERS
birth 12 Jan 1824    bapt 16 May 1824      Saint Dunstan, Stepney, London

IGI has a marriage for a Mary Ann WATERS, father's name Henry
Mary Ann Waters   to      William Moran 
28 Oct 1849      St Mary's, Lambeth, Surrey 

The only Mary Ann & William MORAN I can see in 1861 are living in Brightside Bierlow in Yorkshire, she was born Vauxhall Surrey, William's occupation is Cooper, and they have a son called Henry --- coincidence maybe
Haven't found them yet in 1851

I have just realised that you have an earlier post where you were given the 1841 census, and that you already knew Mary Ann married William Moran and have them in 1851 under MORAND

It helps if you put all the information you know, to save time on duplicate searching, I know you only asked about Henry and Jane but finding the children in a later census often helps to find the parents, which is why I looked for them too.

So it looks as if I did find the right Mary Ann and William in the 1861 census for Brightside Bierlow?

Hopefully someone will be able to find Henry and Jane's marriage to help you to get further back

Thanks you Ecneps for finding samuel in 1851, It look like he is with his futher in-laws.  Now for Henry and Jane, I have found no marriage for them  and for finding the death it will take a bit of time as for all I have seen for Henry died in Lambeth all have middle name which I don't know if  he had. I will get his daugther Mary marriage cert to see if there is any info on it that will help.
