Afraid I am not much good at this but have doubled the size and await your thoughts.
The original is from a torn off corner of a photo which is really only good enough to discard.
As an 82 year old family historian I really am a 'low tech dunce'.

You have all made very brave attempts at reviving Charles.
I had a cheek putting him up because the photo was in really bad and faded condition and as I said before it was a torn photo with only Charles head and portion of another head (unknown).
So thank you all for your stout efforts.
