C.M Merricks before coming to NZ

Hello

I am looking for William Fairbrother and his sons on any early census.

William Fairbrother born abt 1765 Sussex died 1850, so should show in 1841 Wife Mary died 1802 during child birth to daughter Mary

His son's

William born 1793 Wadhurst
John 1795 Wadhurst wife Elizabeth
Joseph 1797 Wadhurst
George 1800 wife Charlotte (they show in 1881 Speldhurst)

His daughter's Philadelphia married a Samueal Vaughan
And Mary Fairbrother married a Thomas Avis
Any census for them will also be greatful.

It was quite difficult to read William's occupation.  Maybe someone with better eyes than mine can decipher it for you.

There is a death for a William FAIRBROTHER March Qtr 1865 Ticehurst
also  a death for a William FAIRBROTHER June Qtr 1850 Ticehurst.. most likely the father.
