I've googled Beechmount Maternity Hospital and it seems it became part of the North Manchester Hospital group after the formation of the NHS.  Doesn't help me as I was born pre NHS.  I never thought I'd have a problem with my own place of birth.  I'll just stick to what my birth certificate states.
