Headford Galway?

Further to my posting on the 12th June re my ancestor Michael Patrick Higgins born c 1834, I have since had access to the 1911 census and his POB is given as Headford Galway, I went to the Family Search catalog and 3 Headfords in Galway turned up, at Cargin, Kikilvery and Killursa, my query are there 3 Headfords in Galway? is it a parish or what ?

Headford is a town and townland, and the town is split between three Civil parishes - Killursa, Kilkilvery and Cargin. All are within the same registration district (PLU) of Tuam
