Toolbars have gone AWOL!

Help! Somehow I've managed to lose both upper and lower toolbars! no idea what i did but i can't get them back!

I have Windows XP and was on the internet 9looking at another rootschat page and went to use the "back" button and then noticed I had no toolbars!

Had to go onto another PC to get here to ask you - any ideas?

Try pressing the esc key. If that doesn't work, hover the cursor near the top of screen to see if toolbar/menu bar appears. If it does go to View, toolbars, click menu bar and any others you want.
If that fails, maybe someone else can help.

Thanks, Isabel!

Managed to get toolbars back - hovered cursor at top of screen and when toolbar descended I quickly clicked on Tools and then the  drop-down menu indicated I must have selected "Full Screen" (though how I did that in the first place I have no idea!). So, de-selecting this option restored everything!

For future (!) information, the F11 key is the one that toggles between full screen (no toolbars) and screen with tool and task bar showing.
