Dowdy - Herbert

Herbert Dowdy born 1893, Gayton Thorpe, Norfolk.
I believe this to be the same Herbert who was in 1911 census in Tydd St
Giles, described as a baker, and probably working for my uncle Ernest
Albery.
Sadly, there was a Herbert Dowdy killed in WW1, whose parents were given as
Henry and Jessie of Hunstanton.
I would like to know whether this Herbert is one and the same, and whether
there may be descendants who can give me some information on his time as a baker.

1901 has 2 Herbert Dowdys of same age

One is born Gayton and living in Tydd St Giles, parents Donald and Emma

Other is born and living in Hunstanton, parents Henry and Jessie

So it looks as if the one killed was not the one from Tydd St Giles
