genealogy clubs

as I am a newcommer to this fantastic hobby, can anyone tell me if there are any clubs in fife which I can join? Smiley

hi Ecko, if you go to the Fife family history society :

www.fifefhs.org

they also list on 'genealogy links' - scroll down to bottom of contents -  lots of other sites / groups which may be of interest.

I run West Fife Family History Group which is based in Dunfermline City Archives, Walmer Drive, Dunfermline and you would be very welcome to come and join us anytime. We have monthly meetings once a month and visits in between these meetings.

We are off for a summer break just now but start back in September. If you pm me I shall give you all the information about the group.
