Cleanup + Separate Picture Created ?

This is a picture of my gt, gt, grandfather with his second wife and family. Please can I have a cleanup done (and colour if you feel like adding some) and would it be possible to crop gt, gt, grandfather out of this picture and create a picture of him by himself. (he's the gentleman seated on the left. Again, colour would be nice, if you feel like adding some).
