I have recently discovered that my ex father in law died in 1985.
He and my ex mother in law divorced in the 50's. They had two sons from the marriage, they first died in the 30's and the 2nd died in 2008. He being my ex-husband. My children, Ernest's grandchildren, would like to know anything about their grandfather. Their father knew very little about him and never bothered to find out, but now he has passed away we would like to know something about Ernest's life, and whether he re-married. I have send for Ernest's death certificate which will give me his address at death and also who was present at his death, but little else.
