I have discovered an ancestor with the name Wardlaw Wilson.

I think there might be a connection to the Wardlaw clan but as yet I've not been able to find

anything to indicate this. I was hoping that somebody might have some information about the clan.

My ancestor as I said was Wardlaw Wilson (female) born about 1837 in Barony. She was the 4th daughter of

Alexander Wilson and Catherine McKechnie, both born circa 1800. Catherine was born in Barony and

Alexander in Glasgow.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
