Hi,
I would like a 1851 census look up please for Mary Ann Dawbery birth abt 1843 resident 1851 Debyshire, hoping that she was born Loughborough Leic.
Spelling of name was from Ancestry, but could be Dewbery I hope.

Hi Suz,
She not the person I am looking for sadly, my mary ann dewbery was born in Loughboro 1840 according to the 1881census, and married to Thomas Michael Walters in 1861 Loughboro but I cannot find her in 1841/51/61/71.

Hi

Like Suz, this was the only Mary that I could find that fit the details that you supplied.  If your Mary was indeed in Derbyshire in 1851.. then I think this is her.  After all the family that her mother Eliza married into was WALKER.. and Mary herself married a WALKER. 

There is no other Mary of the right age born Loughboro coming up on the Census that I can find.

Hi folks,
Thankyou for doing the look ups, I am not quite sure if she is the one based on the 1881 census Mary Ann WALTERS aged 41 yrs born Loughboro wife of Thomas Michael WALTERS born Little Eaton Derby age 51. Census RG11/3393/82/1 Little Eaton Derby.
Mary Ann Dewbery married Thomas Micheal Walters Mar 1861 Loughboro Vol 7a Page 151 FREEBMB.
I think Walker versus Walters could be two different families.

Yes this is them, fantastic, is it possible to go back further, no wonder they have been so hard to find. Mary Ann is the key person for me to find in 1851.

Mary Ann Squire married Daniel Dewbury at Barrow on Soar 29 Jan 1822.

So it looks like Mary Ann & Elizabeth were with grandparents in 1841
