Please help with Llanelly Birth Cert. Solved thanks!

Hello all, I'm researching the Harry family in the Llanelli Carmarthen area. I've found references for the family in Furnace and Llannon  but I can't make out the writing on this birth cert. I've looked at Genuki and an old map but with no luck.
I'd be really grateful for any help  Smiley

It looks like Trallwm ("very bare"!!) - and I can find such a place on Googlemaps ...

I think Arranroots is right. I have found references to Trallwm and District Community Hall in Llanelli. It's the best I can do,but at least it does exist.
